Women’s only kickboxing classes are designed for those
after an effective yet enjoyable way to burn calories
and improve fitness using Martial Arts skills.


 

These classes are non-contact, and we promise you will get in shape and be filled with confidence.

Our Muay Thai kickboxing program offers a great mix of fitness and technique. Muay Thai is referred to as “The Art of Eight Limbs” as the hands, elbows, knees and shins are all used extensively in this art. The workouts are intense, involving focus pads, kicking shields, and partner work.

Working with a structured grading system from White Singlet to Black Singlet students are taught a defined curriculum mixed with a variety of drills and fitness. Students will thrive in an energetic and welcoming environment learning the correct techniques to allow you to train confidently and strongly.
