Teens kickboxing classes are designed for those

Our goal is to provide an environment that challenges your teen to work hard and develop great technical skills in a fun and supportive environment.
The teen years bring a whole new level of change, challenge and stress. There are pressures from every angle and a growing sense of needing to fit in and fit the mould. These classes don’t just focus on the physical skill. They include conversations and strategies on how to navigate the often-difficult teen path.
Our trainers are passionate about being ‘body positive’ and work to instil a strong sense of self in our girls. Kickboxing will provide a space for your teen to step away from the pressure of school, work, friends and even themselves.
Our qualified instructors will guide and teach all our students to:
