The purpose of sparring is to make both you and your partner better. You should be trying to work and flow with one another. Sparring will help you developing your defensive skills, reaction time to enhancing your skills. For these classes you will need to have all your safety equipment 16oz Gloves, Shin Pads, and Mouth Guard.

With a mix of drills, pad work and sparring the focus is on putting together what you have learnt in a “live” scenario. This is a great class for your fitness but also a great opportunity to see what you can put together when facing your opponent.
