Our postnatal classes are aimed at providing you with a safe but challenging way to step back into fitness, and to help you recover post-birth.


It doesn’t matter the age of your child, they may still be in nappies or off to school.

The class structure is always different, and modifications are always provided for all levels of fitness. Jumping and high impact movements are kept to a minimum.

 

Our mums and bubs classes are strongly focused on:
