gently regain their fitness while bonding with their
baby in a fun and supportive environment.
This class is aimed at providing mums with a safe but challenging way to step back into fitness.
Our priority is ensuring your core is engaged and stabilised correctly postpartum as rebuilding the inner core is key to safe and functional movement.
It doesn’t matter what age your child is, they may still be in nappies or off to school.
Maybe this is your first opportunity to get back to some fitness activity. The class structure is always different but modifications are always provided for all levels of fitness.
Jumping and high impact movements are kept to a minimum.
