It’s a session we encourage everyone to attend
• This class is all about looking after our bodies and maintaining our muscles and joints.
• We utilise Foam Rollers, Spikey Balls, Smooth Therapy Balls, Bands and Static and Dynamic Stretching.
• The rollers and balls and used for “Self Myofascial Release” (SMR) which is fancy for releasing the knots in the muscles.
• Static stretching is used to increase flexibility and range of motion – both beneficial when it comes to kickboxing in particular.
